Alyssa is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while celebrating their unique strengths and accomplishments. She believes all people deserve meaningful connection and fulfillment in their lives, yet pain, fear, and trauma can make this incredibly difficult.

Alyssa enjoys working collaboratively with clients to address issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, loss, and difficult transitions. She aims to build genuine connections with clients using warmth, empathy, and open-mindedness so that they can feel truly heard and understood.
