Rates and Insurance

Fees vary by type of service and clinician. We encourage you to contact us about the type of service you are seeking and we can provide an estimate. We may be considered an out-of-network provider by some insurance companies. Many PPO plans reimburse for a large portion of our fees, and we provide the documentation you need to obtain this reimbursement. Fees for therapy are based on a 50 minute time slot.


Most major insurance carriers are accepted (Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, MHN and all PPO plans).

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:

  • Is Dr. Wutzke covered by my behavioral health insurance plan?

  • What is the amount of my yearly deductible and has it been met for the current calendar year?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What portion of each therapy session does my insurance cover?

  • What is the amount of my co-payment for each therapy session?

  • Is approval required prior to my first therapy session?


During teletherapy and until further notice, only cash, checks or credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or have not notified Dr. Wutzke of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session. Insurance does not cover missed sessions.
